A woman was recently treated at Valley West Hospital after her bicycle was struck by a vehicle near the city of Plano, Illinois. According to deputies of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on April 17, as the biker traveled westbound on Frazier Road, not far from Cook Road.
The 42-year-old woman fell from the shoulder of Frazier Road into a ditch after her bike was rear-ended by a vehicle. Reports claim there were several vehicles passing in the westbound lane when the mishap occurred. A driver who witnessed the accident transported the bicyclist to the hospital in Sandwich where she received medical attention.
