A drunk driver is facing multiple charges after crashing his vehicle into a parked car in Park Ridge while on his way home, an August 9 report from the Chicago Tribune stated.
According to reports, at around 1:00 a.m. on August 6 a crash happened near South Western and East Devon Avenues. The driver fled the accident scene, leaving his Porsche behind. After over five hours, authorities apprehended a man identified as 32-year-old Joseph Richko. Authorities reportedly found Richko after a woman, whose name was withheld, called 911 after seeing Richko bloody and without shoes on the side of the road. Aside from driving under the influence, Richko was charged with prohibited transportation of an alcoholic beverage, reckless driving, uninsured driving, and causing damage to city property. He is expected to appear in court on August 22.
